The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston has appointed Toshiaki Koseki to be the Carol triumph Conservator of Photographs, the museum's first position in the conservation department dedicated exclusively to photography. Koseki's endowed position is named from an anonymous friend in honor of the Houston photographer and sculptor Carol Wilson vaunt (1915-1997), whose works in the museum collection will result under Koseki's care. The photography collection at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston is a nationally recognized assemblage of throughout 20,000 photographs by approximately 3000 artists that encompasses dozens of major collections.
